Embroidery Machine Operator
The Embroidery Machine operator is responsible for the production of embroidered textiles. This person must be able to work with single and multiple head embroidery machines. You are responsible for following written orders regarding placement, thread color, size of embroidery, etc.
Manual Press Operator
This position fulfills the screen printing production needs of our company by operating the manual screen printing press and printing an assortment of colored images on a variety of different substrates. The Manual Press Operator is responsible for the manual production of screen printed textiles. You are responsible for all the steps involved in the printing process from setup to clean up. Careful reading skills and attention to detail are essential in this position.
Number Press Operator
This position fulfills the screen printed numbering production needs by manually operating the number screen printing press and printing an assortment of numbers in different fonts, sizes, colors and locations.
The Shipping Specialist is responsible for the preparation and execution of the outbound shipping of completed orders and other items that require shipping services.
Bag & Tag Assistant
The Bag & Tag Specialist prepares individual and bulk shipments of finished goods to be shipped to the end users.
The Inventory Assistant checks in daily UPS and FedEx shipments and then verifies quantities and sizes against the paperwork.
Heat Press Operator
The Heat Press Operator uses the heat press machine to apply names, numbers, digital transfers, etc. to garments. Careful reading skills and attention to detail are essential in this position.
Screen Prep Tech
This position deals with all phases of the screen creation. The Screen Prep Tech is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the entire life cycle of the screens.
This position deals with all phases of the screen reclamation cycle: power washing, scrubbing, and rinsing. The Reclamation Technician is responsible for the beginning and end of the life cycle of a production screen. This position will utilize dip tanks, power washers, and cleaning products to clean, degrease, and prepare screens for reuse.
Screen Cleaning Tech
The Screen Cleaning Technician is responsible for cleaning the screen printing screens post-production.
The production assistant is responsible for facilitating jobs to the production team.
Quality Control Specialist
The Quality Control Specialist receives, inspects, folds, and counts finished garments from the end of the conveyor at the completion of the curing cycle. The QC Specialist also verifies accuracy of finished embroidered and transferred garments.
